# VOXEL SCHOOL ACOGE EL ENCUENTRO “DEUSTO LAW ALUMNI” CON ANTONIO GARAMENDI

Ayer, 16 de enero, tuvo lugar un encuentro entre Antonio Garamendi, presidente de la Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE), y antiguos alumnos de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Deusto en la sede de Voxel School, centro adscrito a esta misma universidad.

En este coloquio, los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de presenciar a José Cuesta, Director General de Voxel School, en una pequeña introducción acerca de la escuela, recalcando aquellos valores que la amparan, los cuales van muy de la mano con los de Deusto, y la importancia de su cometido: llevar a sus talentos a lo más alto de la industria.

Antonio Garamendi, moderado por David Fernández de Retana, presidente de *Deusto Law Alumni*, por su parte, hacía memoria para contarles a los allí presentes el camino que había tenido que tomar para llegar a su puesto directivo, reflexionando sobre el panorama universitario actual y el papel que ocupa la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en el mismo.

Estos encuentros, tienen como objetivo situar a los antiguos alumnos en una posición de continuo aprendizaje, pudiendo conocer, de primera mano, la opinión de la experiencia en manos de un gran profesional. 

Además, hubo espacio para ahondar acerca de los handicaps con los que se pueden encontrar hoy en día las empresas, y el reto tecnológico que supone mantenerse a la orden del día en los diferentes campos de trabajo. 

Nos sentimos plenamente felices al poder contar con eventos de esta talla en nuestro centro, siempre primando por el futuro profesional de los más jóvenes y con la excelencia académica, como uno de los principales objetivos.
