# Arranca la iniciativa Madrid in Game

Esta mañana ha tenido lugar la presentación de Madrid in Game, iniciativa por la que se erige Madrid como capital de la innovación, el talento y la creatividad de la industria del videojuego y que contó con Begoña Villacís, vicealcaldesa de Madrid, como maestra de ceremonias.

El evento ha reunido a los representantes del Clúster de Videojuegos de Madrid, cuyo objetivo es atraer a desarrolladores a la ciudad y fomentar el emprendimiento de empresas relacionadas con la industria del videojuego y el entretenimiento.

Allí estuvo nuestro director José Cuesta, vicepresidente del Clúster, en representación de Voxel School. Así el Centro Universitario de Artes digitales se conforma como una de las principales incubadoras de talento del sector.

Durante el evento se presentó además el equipo nacional de eSports, que tendrá como principal patrocinador al Ayuntamiento de Madrid y contará con las instalaciones de Casa de Campo para celebrar sus eventos y competiciones.

 

 

Tras el acto de presentación tuvo lugar también la Junta Extraordinaria del Clúster del Videojuego de Madrid donde sus integrantes remarcaron la importancia de apostar por un sector en crecimiento y lleno de talento.
